Holly Cullen is an Irish-born, London-based international casting director. With roots in photography, her work has fast become synonymous with a fresh casting process within the industry. With a passion for people, and strong ethics, Holly has become recognised as a creative talent excelling in both model- and street-based casting.

Holly has worked with many renowned publications, including regular collaborations with M Le Monde, Acne Paper and AnOther Magazine, as well as projects with Dazed, Self Service, and The Gentlewoman. Her eye for striking and memorable faces has become a key element for sought-after photographers such as Jack Davison, Luis Alberto Rodriguez, Hanna Moon and Anthony Seklaoui, and stylists such as Robbie Spencer, Raphael Hirsch and Malina Joseph Gilchrist. Outside of editorial work, Holly has collaborated closely with Jordan Hemingway on multiple advertising projects for clients such as Y-3 and Casablanca, and played a key role in defining the visual identity of several luxury brands, including The Row and Tommy Hilfiger.
